It’s easy to install your own internet modem and hardware. Don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team if you need any help at all. We will help you every step of the way to get your home internet set up and running.
All plans have an additional $9.99 monthly admin fee. Peace Power also charges a $99 upfront service activation fee. This fee acts like a fully-refundable deposit. Upon your 1st internet service anniversary, you’ll receive the $99 as a credit which will be automatically applied to your account.
The modem for all internet plans is an additional cost. You can rent one for $10/month or purchase one for a one-time fee of $170 ($245 for Peace 750). Plus a $14 shipping fee. You are also able to use your own modem. If you choose to use your own, please talk with our customer care for compatibility).
Peace Power provides customer service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This means that someone is always available to answer your questions or help you with any problems you have with your internet service. You can reach our customer service team by phone, email, or through our website.
All Peace Power Internet packages come with no contracts, no terms, no gimmicks or “Intro” rates, and unlimited data usage
You can pay your internet bill with Peace Power by logging in to our website and following the steps under “Make a Payment.” You can also call us and talk to someone to help you make payment arrangements.
