What Can I Do Through ‘My Account’?
CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE TRANSFERRED FROM PREVIOUS PEACE POWER PORTAL TO NEW PORTAL:
The new My Account portal above will only show you information from the date you transitioned onward. (This should be around February or March 2020 onward depending on your exact transition date.)
If you wish to view your historical invoices from prior to your transition date, you can still do so through the Historical My Account Portal. You will need your OLD username and password to login. Please ensure you save any historical invoices as soon as possible.
